Nanny

The Placement Process
Step 1: Get In Touch
Start by filling out our family application or booking a quick phone consultation. We’ll meet you where you’re at.
Step 2: Phone Consultation
This is our chance to get to know your family’s needs and answer any questions. After the call, we’ll send you a custom placement estimate.

Step 3: Next Steps
If you’d like to move forward, you’ll get a link to book your video consultation with us.
Step 4: Video Consultation
We’ll dive deeper into your expectations, household routines, your kids’ personalities, and the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. This helps us write your job description and start the search for your perfect match.
Step 5: Enrollment
If you haven’t filled out a family profile yet, now’s the time! We’ll send your login to our family portal, along with your client agreement and enrollment fee invoice. You’ll use the portal to view nanny profiles and book future babysitting.
Step 6: Start The Search
Once enrollment is complete, we’ll post your job to our internal network and public platforms (if needed). Then, the matchmaking magic begins!
Step 7: Review Candidates
We’ll send you a curated selection of nanny profiles—each with a short note on why we think they could be a great fit. You tell us who you’d like to meet, and we’ll set up the interviews.
Step 8: Interviews
We’ll join you for each interview (either in-person or virtually) to help guide the conversation. We’ll also send you an optional list of interview questions you can use.
Step 9: Trial Day
After interviews, you’ll choose your top candidate for a paid trial day. It’s a chance to show them the rhythm of your home and tie up any loose ends from the interview.
Step 10: Making The Hire
Ready to make an offer? We’ll provide a contract template, guide you through industry standards, and gather e-signatures to make it official. We’ll also introduce you to our trusted nanny payroll partners to help you stay compliant with Nevada employment laws.
Step 11: Ongoing Support
We’ll check in after the first week, the first month, and beyond. We also stay in touch with your nanny to support a healthy, lasting relationship. Need backup care? We’ve got you covered.
