Founder of PB+J Collective
Hi, I’m Kaitlin—the big sister turned career nanny turned founder of PB+J Collective. As the oldest of six, I was changing diapers and helping with bedtime routines before I could drive. What started as a family role quickly grew into a lifelong calling.
I spent 15+ years working as a full-time professional nanny, supporting incredible families through every stage—from newborn days to school-age chaos. In 2016, I launched PB+J Collective with one goal: to make it easier for families to find their perfect match—someone who doesn’t just "watch the kids," but becomes part of the team.
Now a mom of two myself (and still folding laundry), I bring firsthand experience, high standards, and a deep love for this work to everything we do. I truly feel this is my calling! PB+J is a women-owned, Reno/Tahoe-based agency with a whole lot of heart.
