Nanny

The Placement Process
Step 1: Getting To Know Your Family
After having read about our placement services above, get started by scheduling an initial phone call. Our goal is to learn about your family needs. We will then follow up via email with a Placement Packet and an Estimate, detailing pricing and other onboarding processes. If approved, a second Zoom meeting is scheduled to meet your family in depth.
Step 2: Find The Best Match
Once we have a strong understanding of your family’s needs, we’ll set up your profile in our portal and share your position with our network of trusted nannies. If we need to widen the search, we’ll begin targeted recruiting just for your role. From there, you’ll review candidates and select your top picks.
We’ll coordinate virtual interviews with your favorite candidates and join the conversation to help guide the discussion. You’ll also receive a curated list of interview questions to support a meaningful and productive meeting.
Once a top candidate emerges, the next step is a trial day—giving everyone a chance to experience the fit in real time before moving forward. Please keep in mind that finding the right fit is on average a 4-10 week process.
Step 3: The Playdate
Now for the fun part! The next step in our process is to schedule a trial day, giving your family some quality time with your potential new nanny. It’s a great opportunity to see how they connect with your child—and just as importantly, get your child’s take on the match. We’ll also provide a guide on what to expect and what to cover during the day.
Step 4: Sealing The Deal
Once you’ve selected your nanny, you'll move into the hiring phase—this includes building your nanny contract and officially welcoming them to your family. As the employer, you’ll pay your nanny directly and take the lead on setting the terms of your agreement.
